After two mistrials on those counts, the 46-year-old pleaded guilty today, meaning she can now be sentenced for crimes against that boy as well as a second who was 16 when Davis had unlawful sex with him. The maximum time she faces: seven years and eight months in state prison.

A jury found Davis guilty on Aug. 9, 2012, of having unlawful sexual intercourse with the 16-year-old on four occasions in her bedroom between July 2010 and July 2011. She would give him alcohol, and at one party at her home she let her teenage daughter join in the drinking as well.

The boy eventually told his mother about the sex, which led to a report to the Orange County Sheriff's Department and an investigation that turned up the 14-year-old male victim.

But while the jury convicted on the counts involving the 16-year-old, there were two mistrials on the accusations involving the younger teen.

Davis copped today to four felony counts of lewd acts on a child for her contact with the 14-year-old. Her previous conviction was on four felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for boozing up her daughter and the 16-year-old.

July 30 is the day Davis is scheduled to learn her sentence, which could include an order to register as a sex offender for life. That would also keep her out of Orange County parks with Child Safety Zones.
