Naming your band something like Cute Is What We Aim For either takes major brains or a complete lack thereof. Granted, it's much more innovative that some of the craptastic monikers out there but when you combine that name with saccharine-y sugar-pop and rainbow butterfly album art, anyone who's not a 15-year-old girl might find the whole package rather gag-inducing. But you know what? Turns out 15-year-old girls are a massive consumer demographic. Within the last two years-and with a catalogue of only two albums-these four boys have rocketed into a world of record deals, national tours and teen heartthrob status. Take the kids and earn some “cool parent” points.
