There's a real threat here, folks, and it's just been validated by the FBI, who call Juggalos “a loosely-organized hybrid gang” in the 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment.
Previous to this report, we were only afraid of Juggalos' bad taste in music, aesthetic sense and Faygo-spraying ways. Now that they're likened to murderous street gangs who “engage in criminal activity and violence,” and are recognized as gangs in Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, and Utah, we have even more reason to be afraid!

As the report says:
Most crimes committed by Juggalos are sporadic, disorganized,
individualistic, and often involve simple assault, personal drug use and
possession, petty theft, and vandalism however, open source reporting
suggests that a small number of Juggalos are forming more organized
subsets and engaging in more gang-like criminal activity, such as felony
assaults, thefts, robberies, and drug sales social networking
websites are a popular conveyance for Juggalo sub-culture to communicate and expand.
Here's something else we didn't know, according to the report: “Juggalo gangs are expanding in New Mexico
primarily because they are attracted to the tribal and cultural
traditions of the Native Americans residing nearby.”
Really? I thought they just turned up wherever ICP was touring, but hey, the FBI should know better than I, right? Maybe not; the funniest thing about that FBI report is that they only mention Detroit
rap group Insane Clown Posse in the footnotes. That's like going to
Bible study and putting Jesus in the index!
