After more than a year delay (and not to mention a fire that nearly destroyed the place), JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse is opening tomorrow (Thursday) in downtown Fullerton at the corner of Commonwealth and Harbor.

Yes, this was the once-fallow ground where Cherch nightclub failed not too long after it opened in 2009.
According to their Facebook page, JP23 will have–wait for it–23 flavors of chicken wings, 36 beer taps, a 20-foot projection TV for sports, and oh yeah, BBQ…in four flavor styles: Memphis, Texas, Carolina, and International. Sounds like fun!
