A 27-year-old Fullerton man is accused of grooming a girl for a year, getting her drunk and then sexually assaulting her in his apartment when she was 13, according to police.

Jonathan Floresgarcia and the girl reside in the same complex, where it is alleged he began grooming her in September of last year, when she was 12, according to Fullerton Police Sgt. Kathryn Hamel.
They got together at a park with a playground on Sept. 27, when Floresgarcia gave her alcohol before going back to his place, Hamel said.
A concerned neighbor called the girl's father, who went looking for her and found her with Floresgarcia–before dialing the phone for police, said Hamel, who added officers arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect for alleged lewd acts with a child.
He was being held on $100,000 bail, reports City News Service, citing jail records.
