Perhaps it's time to consider a flying trapeze safety net under the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) parking structure.
On Monday, a 68-year-old man leaped to his death from the fifth level of the parking structure in Orange.
One level down, a mother allegedly tossed her baby boy to his death in August 2011.

Orange Police believe John Marshall committed suicide. He obviously was not a CHOC patient.
Seven-month-old Noe Medina Jr. was a patient there, receiving treatment for plagiocephaly, a
birth defect that flattens the head. His mother, Sonia Hermosillo, was declared in March to be mentally competent to stand trial for allegedly murdering her son by throwing him off the parking structure on Aug. 22, 2011. She has a preliminary hearing scheduled Sept. 7.
