As Anne Marie reported yesterday, Whole Foods has opened in Brea as the anchor of the new shopping and dining complex at Imperial and Valencia called Village at La Floresta.
But that’s not all folks. Next month Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern will open next door. It will be the fourth location for the David Wilhelm-created chain. Also slated to open: the third location of Capital Noodle Bar; the seventh Slapfish; and the umpteenth Urban Plates.
All that center needs now is a liquid nitrogen ice cream shop, a poke joint, and a DIY pizza joint to become a little OC microcosm.
