Jenna Jameson-Tito Ortiz Fight Ruled a Draw

The referee in the bout between Mixed Martial Arts fighter Tito Ortiz and former porn star Jenna Jameson has declared a draw.

In other words, the Orange County District Attorney's Office will not charge the “Bad Boy of Huntington Beach” with domestic violence in connection with last month's smackdown on his live-in girlfriend.

District Attorney spokeswoman Farrah Emami tells the Orange County Register charges won't be filed “based on insufficient corroboration to prove a case beyond a
reasonable doubt.''

As we reported here, Jameson's father called 911 the morning of April 26 to report a “disturbance” at the Baruna Lane home in Huntington Harbour that Ortiz shares with the mother of his twin sons.

Cops arrived to discover Jameson with “visible injuries.” Her 35-year-old former UFC light-heavyweight
champion boyfriend was then booked into Huntington Beach jail.

He-said, she-said allegations then flew between the couple in the national gossip press.

Jameson said Ortiz threw her into a bathtub, tearing two ligaments in her shoulder, after she said something that hurt his feelings.

Ortiz said he discovered Jameson, who was formerly addicted to OxyContin, had suffered a relapse and he confronted her about it.

As we reported here, cooler heads prevailed, especially as the realization set in that Ortiz could
lose $15 million under his UFC
contract if he was prosecuted for domestic violence.

The couple recanted their allegations, and Ortiz's lawyer announced the squabble was a misunderstanding over an old OxyContin pill his client found in his home.

CNN reports Ortiz and Jameson have been spotted together with their twins, Jameson and Journey Jette
