Jenna Jameson Formally Charged With DUI

Jenna Jameson has been officially charged for her Seal Beach pole slamming incident, and in doing so reaches a level of media-headline frequency generally reserved for one of the mothers on The Real Housewives of Orange County–but not yet to level of the Octomom.

For those un-hep to the pole slamming reference, Jameson was arrested for alleged DUI after her Range Rover had carnal relations with a utility pole in the early morning hours of May 25.

Since Jameson's accident last month, she has continued to pop up in the news, and not solely because her baby daddy and on-again, off-again boyfriend Tito Ortiz, “the Bad Boy of Huntington Beach,” has his final UFC bout coming up on July 7.

The couple sought an emergency restraining order against one of Jameson's girlfriends who they alleged repeatedly stalked them, stole from them and frightened their twin boys, age 3. Ortiz, who was infamously involved in a violent domestic dispute with recovering drug addict Jameson over an Oxycontin pill he found in their Huntington Harbour home, claimed that Shana Burroughs inappropriately offered Oxy to Jenna.

But when Ortiz did not show up for a court hearing, the judge dismissed the restraining-order request.

Earlier this month, while Ortiz was in Big Bear training for his UFC 148 match against Forrest Griffin, Bad Boy's ex-wife Kristin called to inform him their 10-year-old son Jacob had been diagnosed with viral meningitis and was taken to the hospital to have a spinal tap. Ortiz immediately put everything on hold–and nearly cancelled the fight–while he stayed by Jacob's side.

Four days later, Ortiz was at the hospital when he read on Twitter he had just been inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. Just then,  the doctor walked in to say Jacob could go home.
