Since Monday's arrest of MMA fighter Tito Ortiz, back and forth allegations from “the Bad Boy of Huntington Beach” –popped for felony domestic violence–and Jenna Jameson had been flying like scissor kicks.
He threw his former porn star baby momma down into a bathtub, claimed she.
She is addicted to OxyContin, countered he.
But both have now withdrawn the allegations that led to the former UFC champ's arrest, TMZ reports this morning.
Attention has now turned to how TMZ got the photo shown here of Ortiz chillin' in a Huntington Beach jail cell, dogpiles the Orange County Register.

“What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and
misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police
arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in,” Jameson is
quoted as telling TMZ. (“Translation–he didn't hurt me,” reports
the LA-based gossip mongers.)
Chip Matthews, Ortiz's lawyer,
confirms for TMZ that the whole thing was “a big
misunderstanding.”
Piecing together the past and current comments coming from both camps,
it seems what probably happened was Ortiz found some Oxycontin in the
Surf City abode he shares with Jameson, flipped out and roughed up his
woman–without realizing they were old pills.
She apparently tested
clean for drugs this week.
Is that the all's well that ends well, or is it this? Ortiz could
lose $15 million under his UFC
contract, TMZ notes, if he's prosecuted for domestic violence.
