A 64-year-old Huntington Beach man recently ended his life in Palm Desert by jumping from a popular resort's sixth floor interior to the lobby below, according to Riverside County authorities.
Jeffry Morrow intentionally leaped to his death just before 11 a.m. Tuesday at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, reports the county coroner.

His fall ended in the lobby of the resort at 74855 Country Club Drive, the coroner added.
Morrow's next of kin have been notified, and sheriff's deputies are investigating.
No word from the resort.
