This phrase should be saved on a hot key, it's been typed so much this year: police, responding to a call of gunfire, found a man shot up in front of an apartment complex. The latest victim was Hector Omar Rocha, who was gunned down Tuesday evening in the
900 block of West Lodge Avenue in Anaheim, taken to a hospital that listed the 29-year-old in critical condition, and died Wednesday afternoon.

As they have in other similar shootings this year, Anaheim Police investigators suspect the crime was gang-related, although they do not believe Rocha was a gang member. The shooter or shooters have yet to be identified.
Anyone with information that can help investigators is asked to call 714.765.1944.
