This announcement doesn't even seem plausible, and yet it makes perfect sense: Gwen Stefani just said that she's done with her solo career and is focusing on No Doubt from now on. As she told
Entertainment Weekly, her going solo was “a moment in time..It went on a
little longer than we all thought it would, because it was inspired and
you have to go with wherever you're at in that time in your life. …
(But) everything works out how it should.”

On her own, Stefani released two albums–Love. Angel. Music.
Baby. in (2004) and The Sweet Escape in (2006). No Doubt reunited in summer 2008 and have been recording new music for an
upcoming album since last year.
