Imagine a fourth grader reciting the comedy routines of Richard Pryor and Redd Foxx to his friends at school. That was Frank Robnett, and though his family and principal were probably aghast at the time, it was merely foreshadowing his career path as a talented standup comedian. A finalist in the Orange County’s Funniest Person contest, Robnett—you can call him Friendly Frank—takes this job seriously. Whether it’s his Midwestern mindset or supportive upbringing, his approach is one from the heart—he considers it his responsibility to bring a positive, compassionate energy to his audience. Now that’s a good friend.
