The Los Angeles Chargers have really gone to the dogs.

Priceless Pets, a no-kill pet rescue with a few locations in California, will be out at the NFL team’s Summer Training Camp in Costa Mesa on Sunday. The nonprofit will bring along some dogs in need of adoption, and attendees will have the chance to play with the pooches while watching their favorite players train.

Start looking for the Priceless Pets trailer at Jack Hammett Sports Complex, 2750 Fairview Rd., at 10 a.m. Besides seeking forever homes for dogs, the charity will sell merchandise and host giveaways aimed at defraying shelter supply and upkeep costs.

Priceless Pets has locations in Costa Mesa, Claremont and Chino Hills, and all take pride in not only being no-kill rescues but places people facing a variety of circumstances can safely surrender their animals. Their motto is “one by one until there are none.”

Attending the Chargers training camp is free, and families are especially welcome to see and cheer on players up close and personal. The franchise puts on a variety of different games and activities for fans, including sneak peeks at the team’s new stadium in LA that opens in 2020.
