A woman who became increasingly agitated while failing to obtain marijuana from several dispensaries in Lake Forest Tuesday evening was confronted by a security guard–whom she promptly punched in the face, according to sheriff's deputies.
And after deputies responded to the guard's call for assistance, the woman allegedly broke out of the grasp of a deputy and spit in the cop's face.

Erika I. Ritchie gets the scoop for those ganja smokers at The Orange County Register.
After letting the loogie fly–allegedly–23-year-old Felicia Marie Moberly was taken to the ground and handcuffed by another deputy at a clinic in a building at 24600
Raymond Way that houses several dispensaries.
She was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery on the
security guard, assault and battery on the deputy, and resisting
arrest. She was held at Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail and a scheduled Thursday arraignment.
Moberly was sentenced twice before for assault and battery and once for possession of a controlled substance, Ritchie reports.
Sounds like someone needs a prescription for a cannabinoid-based herbal remedy legal to possess and use in California with a doctor's prescription–so she can mellow the fuck out.
Allegedly.
