A former Juvenile Hall officer was charged Wednesday with child abuse for rubbing the shoes of three minors in urine while they were in her care, according to peeved prosecutors.

Tamie Marie Bieker, who the Orange County Probation Department fired in December, faces three misdemeanor counts of child abuse and, if convicted, up to three years in Orange County Jail, according to a statement from the Orange County District Attorney's office (OCDA).
The 38-year-old Santa Ana resident had worked as a deputy juvenile correctional officer at the Juvenile Hall in Orange. On July 21, 2014, she allegedly rubbed a 14-year-old boy's shoes in urine after he peed in his room, the OCDA says.
On July 28, 2014, a 17-year-old boy repeatedly asked for permission to use the restroom, but Bieker denied each request, allege prosecutors, who add the teen could no longer hold it and urinated in his room near the door. Once the piss seeped into the hall, Bieker went to the teen's room, kicked his shoes into the puddle and forced him to put his shoes on, the OCDA claims.
“The victim started to put on his shoes but hesitated because he could feel that they were wet, and Bieker is accused of insisting he put them on and making him walk in them,” prosecutors say in the statement.
On Aug. 6, 2014, Bieker allegedly warned a 13-year-old boy not to pee in his room after he told her he could not hold it any longer because she'd denied his three requests over two hours to use the restroom, the OCDA says.
“After he urinated, Bieker is accused of approaching his room with gloves on,” the prosecution statement reads. “The defendant is accused of picking up the victim's canvas shoes that were in front of his door, turning them over, rubbing the tops of both shoes in the urine, putting them back beside the victim's door, and smiling at him.”
Well, at least she smiled …
Other staff members complained about Bieker, the Probation Department launched an investigation and the case was then turned over to the OCDA, which gave March 17 as the date of the defendant's arraignment hearing.
