The mouthful of a restaurant calling itself “Eureka! Discover American Craft”–the Hawthorne-based chain that just opened in Huntington Beach's Bella Terra–will open its second OC location in Irvine at the space formerly occupied by Chakra at University Center, across from UC Irvine.

With a bar specializing in beer and bourbon, it seems like it's designed to fill the void left behind by Steelhead Brewing.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, on the menu will be your usual assortment if burgers and salads, but also specialities including beer braised duck and a “naked” chicken Saltimbocca.
