Homicide investigators believe the death of a male whose body was found Wednesday afternoon at a dead end in San Juan Capistrano is suspicious.
Orange County sheriff’s deputies were called about a body found near a creek bed in the 29000 block of Trabuco Creek Road around 1:10 p.m.
After homicide detectives arrived to assist, a suspicious death investigation was opened, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The county coroner has not yet determined a time of death, and the identity and cause of death have not been released.
