Yesterday, Daft Punk released the official video for “Derezzed,” as a companion piece to the Tron: Legacy soundtrack Like everything connected to this movie, the video is super cool; unlike the first “Derezzed” clip Tron released a month ago, it has more Daft Punk and neon, less movie clips.
In it, the French funk duo walk into Flynn's Arcade and turn them into video game characters. There's jousting and mega low-tech action done oh-so-smoothly, but for some reason, the original clip just makes us much more excited for the movie, out on Dec. 17.
