They were living together in a converted garage when they met the girls and plied them with candy and ice cream. The molestation happened between May 2010 and August 2011, and the sexual conduct included touching, masturbation, digital penetration, oral copulation, and showing pornographic images to the girls.
Despite the sweet treats aimed at silencing the girls, the older girl told a relative what happened to her and the younger girl, Fullerton cops launched an investigation and the Rodriguez boys were arrested on Aug. 26, 2011.
Cristobal Ortiz Rodriguez copped Monday to 11 felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14 and four felony counts of continuous sexual abuse. Eduardo Ortiz Rodriguez admitted to 15 felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14 and two felony counts of continuous sexual abuse.
Both are expected to be sentenced to 50 years in state prison and lifetime sex offender registration at their scheduled May 19 sentencing in Santa Ana.
