Bananas Foster Bread Pudding
2 qts cream
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 loaf french bread toasted and cubed
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
6 sliced bananas
Heat the cream and regular sugar then gradually add the eggs. Combine mixture with bread and bananas.
Simmer brown sugar and butter then drizzle over the top
Cover with foil in a water bath and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees then uncover and bake another 30 minutes. To serve cut into two inch squares and topped with vanilla ice cream and rum sauce.
