As far as city restaurant weeks go, this is one of the good ones. Costa Mesa, home to a lot of one of the best restaurants in OC–such as Mastro's on the high-end, and newcomer Pie-Not on the low-end–will hold its annual Costa Mesa Restaurant Week starting this Friday, August 16 and last till, you guessed it, Friday, August 23.

Discounts abound. Mastro's, for instance, is offering a three-course dinner with a side of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, for $40.13. Both locations of Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop has a three-courser for $20.13.
There's about 38 more restaurants to choose from. Check out the full list of participating restaurants and menus here.
I'm headed to more than a few. I'll see you there! Where? Everywhere!
