'Clash of the Titans' Art Jam and Closing Party

We hate to see this exhibit go, but we love the way it leaves. “Clash of the Titans,” Rothick Art Haus' latest installment extravaganza, is an amicable battle between two exceptionally capable artists, Tom “BigToe” Laura and Ken Ruzic. The result is an array of pieces inspired by the “mighty combat of Greek Gods and Monsters.” There are angry tiki gods, heinous sea monsters, mermaids in peril, and a lot of all-around epicness. For the “Clash of the Titans” closing party, Rothick hosts a panel jam, a “bohemian art party” if you will, with both artists painting live alongside anyone who wants to show up with supplies and join in. It's the most friendly of combats—but no less enthralling.
