CLARIFICATION, DEC. 2, 12:30 P.M.: An Orange County Superior Court judge ordered last month's plea-and-sentencing deal that had Devon Lynn Kile, the 46-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County wannabe out of Laguna Hills, pleading guilty in April to dozens of felony counts related to ripping off the State Compensation Insurance Fund and other agencies. But, in exchange for the plea, her 10-year prison sentence is being suspended if she successfully completes 10 years of probation and pays around $3 million in restitution. Our original post on Kile's sentence erroneously reported she cut the deal with prosecutors. The Weekly regrets the error.
