Robinson was allegedly part of the stable of suspected pimp Garcia, for whom she was convicted of procuring the 14-year-old. Garcia was pulled over driving in Garden Grove on March 1, and Robinson and the teen girl were in the car. The girl's youth raised the suspicions of the officer, and an investigation was launched.

It was discovered the girl was a runaway who befriended Robinson, who brought the girl to Garcia, who allegedly forced the teen to turn tricks. That led to the arrests of Garcia and Robinson and to the girl entering protective custody.

Robinson was sentenced Friday.

Garcia is charged with one felony count each of human trafficking of a minor by force or fear, pimping a minor, and forcible rape, with sentencing enhancement allegations for forcible rape of a minor 14 years of age and prior prison convictions for possession for sale of cocaine in 2007 and transportation of cocaine in 2009.

If convicted, Garcia faces up to 28 years to life in state prison. His jury trial is set for Sept. 23 in Santa Ana.
