Huntington Beach police officers went to do what they normally do near Main Street Public Library Friday morning–rouse homeless people who call the greenbelt home–when they found something (or someones) different huddled under a blanket on the grass.
It was a 28-year-old man, a girl under 16 and, according to police, “evidence” they had had sex.

Christopher Lee Miller was then arrested on suspicion of sexual intercourse with a minor and sexual penetration after the 7:15
a.m. encounter, which also resulted in the man being picked up on two outstanding warrants for disorderly conduct.
