According to the Hollywood Reporter, Charlie sheen's “The Masheen” has 17 short videos, a fortune teller, and the flexibility for Sheen to add more features when he wants to.
Selling for $2.99, “The Masheen” is available on the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad via the iTunes store, and also has an Android version in the works.
