Cham Sut Gol Korean BBQ Starts Happy Hour in December!

Cham Sut Gol Korean barbecue, quite possibly Orange County's (or at least UC Irvine's) favorite all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue place, will finally be debuting a “happy hour” menu starting Dec 2.

It's not the most creative happy hour ever; the menu will be the exact same AYCE menu currently available now, but it will be a whole $2 cheaper at $14.99. The special pricing will be available Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. and will hopefully reduce the wait times during the evening hours.

Sure, $2 dollars might not seem like much, but shorter lines and an incentive for everyone in your group to show up on time are two things each visit to Cham sorely needs. And honestly, the full price for unlimited brisket, pork and beef belly, bulgogi, other meats, panchan, ice cream, AND egg soup is already kind of a deal.

So, if any of you stragglers still haven't tried some Korean barbecue (how many of you there are left, I can't imagine), you might want to start lining up come Dec. 2, and make sure to get the sesame oil. Also, don't eat leading up to the meal, because once you've finished off your fourth plate of meat and feel like sleeping forever, there's still ice cream to be had.
