Just before 1 a.m. Saturday, a maintenance employee pulled up to Circle View School in Huntington Beach and noticed a guy carrying a shovel
to the rear of the school grounds.
The crewman called the Huntington
Beach Police Department, and in the end, cops say, 21-year-old Celso Solano
Arcos was caught packing not only the shovel, but also
illicit photographs of children.

However, before that, as officers were en route to the school at 6261 Hooker Dr., the maintenance man heard the sound of glass breaking. Police say they found the suspect, allegedly high on drugs, inside a classroom whose windows had been shattered. He was taken into custody without incident and later identified as Arcos.
The Huntington Beach resident was booked on suspicion of burglary, being under the influence of a
controlled substance and possession of obscene matter depicting a
minor, but Surf City detectives say they also believe evidence links Arcos to burglaries last year at Circle View on Sept. 11 and Brightstar
Learning Center, a private school in Huntington Beach, on
June 13.
