The Santa Ana Police Department and Orange County District Attorney's Office are distributing photos of a suspect and the van above in case there are other victims of a man who was allegedly masturbating inside the vehicle while staring at and making eye contact with two high-school aged female students.

Between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. on or around March 3 and June 4, Carlos Sanchez Hernandez allegedly parked a white van along a curb on St. Andrew Street near King Street, which is between Godinez Fundamental High School and Carr Intermediate School, according to Santa Ana Police.
The 42-year-old Santa Ana resident is accused of self-loving inside his van while staring at and making eye contact with the females, who called the cops.
Hernandez was arrested Wednesday. He is scheduled to be arraigned today at the Central Jail in Santa Ana, where he was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail, on two misdemeanor counts each of indecent exposure and child annoyance.
If convicted, Hernandez could get up to two years in jail and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration. But time behind bars could conceivably increase if there are other victims or incidents.
