My, how time flies. Disney's California Food & Wine Festival is already in its fifth year. From April 16 through May 31, the park that isn't Disneyland will hold its annual food celebration with cooking demos, wine seminars, and appearances from celebrity chefs. Yes, one of them will be hedgehog-haired Guy Fieri.

Some events, including complimentary demonstrations, are included with park admission. But the signature events, like wine tasting and dinners and such, are separately ticketed and require reservations (and might I add, quite pricey). There's way too much going on from day-to-day for me chronicle here, so visit www.disneyland.com/foodandwine for more info. Or if you want to get to the meat of it, just check out the calendar HERE.
The theme this year is called “The Art of Flavor” and one recurring event is named “Cheese as Art”. I'm imagining life-sized cheese sculptures of Gouda Goofy or Manchego Mickey. I know. It's not happening. But I can hope.
