A 26-year-old Irvine man pleaded guilty this week to using his cellphone to secretly snap photos and record videos up the skirts of female customers at a Tustin clothing store.
Brian Joseph Eastman is scheduled to be sentenced April 3 after pleading guilty to six misdemeanor counts of using a concealed recording device to record another without their consent.

Cops were called to the TJ Maxx store at 2817 Park Ave., Tustin, on March 22, 2013, about the pervy Ansel Adams wannabe preying on unsuspecting lady shoppers. Eastman was arrested, and Tustin Police reported finding several secretly recorded videos and digital photographs of unidentified women at various retail stores and residential locations. That prompted a county-wide alert in case anyone had encountered the creep.
Court records indicate Eastman was convicted for incidents that happened March 6, March 9, March 16 and March 22 of last year.
