Brandon H. Orozco has been identified as the worker killed in Monday afternoon's electrical vault explosion in Huntington Beach. The 28-year-old Whittier resident worked for CAM Construction Inc., which was contracted by Southern California Edison.

Edison Contractor Presumed Dead in Vault Blast Underground in Huntington Beach
A fire started during a five-hour planned outage when a five-member CAM crew was working in the vault that contains Edison equipment. Cal/OSHA is investigating.
