I'm not sure why Veggie Grill is opening another restaurant in Irvine. It is a very good vegetarian restaurant, to be sure, but there's already two in the city thus far (at University Center and at the Irvine Spectrum). Those represent the entirety of its presence in Orange County (though it has several branches in other counties).

Now, there will be a third at the Crossroads, replacing Aaron Brothers when there's no other Aaron Brothers in Irvine.
