Alejandro H. Garcia was on a bicycle in an alley in the 400 block of north Bush Street, Anaheim, Monday night.
Wrong place, wrong time.
He was approached by three other guys on bikes.
Someone asked Garcia which gang he belongs to.
Don't belong to any, he replied.
Wrong answer.
The 26-year-old was shot in the head and torso and left bleeding on the ground.
The bicyling gang-bangers rode off.

Cops arriving to a 7:40 p.m. call to clean up another mess in Anaheim had Garcia rushed by paramedics to the hospital.
He didn't make it.
He died less than an hour later at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
Authorities apparently knew who to look for. Earlier this week, Anaheim police Sgt.
Rick Martinez announced a 19-year-old gang member had been arrested. He has not yet been identified.
Cops are closing in on two others.
