8th Annual Taste of Orange This Weekend

No, this is not the Orange International Street Faire, which isn't for
another couple of months. This is the Eighth Annual Taste of Orange, hosted by the Assistance League of Orange and held at the
Assistance League Chapter House at 124 S. Orange St. in Old Towne
Orange this Sunday, April 28, from 3 to 7 p.m
]

Tickets are $40 per person, but the toll entitles you to all food
tastings from participating restaurants we've featured on this blog over
the years, including Front Porch Pops, Smoqued, Zena's, Rutabegorz,
Felix's, Slater's 50/50, and XA Sweet & Savory Café.  If you're
scoffing at the price, keep the receipt for next tax season: apparently,
$20 of the ticket is deductible.

There will be beer and wine tastings, a silent auction, a photo booth, and live music.
