20 y.o. Man Stabbed to Death at Garden Grove House Party; 2 Other Men Stabbed

At least one knife came out during an early morning fight at a large house party in Garden Grove, where a 20-year-old man was left stabbed to death and two other men were wounded, according to police.

Officers received the call just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday of a big fight at 12000 Darnell Street, according to Garden Grove Police Lt. Ted Peaslee.

Responding officers, who found three men with knife wounds in the backyard, had them taken to a local hospital, where the unidentified 20-year-old later died, according to Peaslee, who reports the other two victims are expected to survive.

Most party-goers were gone by the time the officers arrived, so there is little to go on as to what happened and who did the stabbing, the spokesman added. Anyone with information about the fight is asked to call Garden Grove Police at 714.741.5704. All tips can be made anonymously.
