On the Line: Eubaldo Ramirez Of Knott's Berry Farm, Part Two

As if he wasn't busy enough, Eubaldo Ramirez was tasked with responding to my seemingly endless list of questions. Well, he tackled it like a pro. Thanks for making time for us!

Catch up on our interview with Eubaldo in yesterday's blog. Then we wrap things up below.

Where did you grow up? And where do you call home? I grew up in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, and now call Corona, California my home.

What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? My heritage definitely plays a role, I look back to my roots, family and where I am now to spark creativity.

Do you have any pets or children? I have three amazing, good-looking children. My oldest daughter Eliana who is 28, my son Aldo who is 26 and my youngest daughter Naomi who is 23. I also have two wonderful granddaughters Kaylie who is eight, and Gabriella who is three. And to top it all off, I have three dogs. (Golden Retriever, Yorkshire Terrier and a rescue Maltase).

You have a whole day to yourself; what do you do? Enjoy a good soccer game on TV, spend the entire day with my family and have a good BBQ at home.

Hardest lesson you've learned: You have to work hard for what you want; nothing is guaranteed or given to you. If you want something, you have go out and get it.

Tell us something most people don't know about you. I can be adventurous and spontaneous. I like to travel and try new things.

What's your favorite childhood memory? My very first soccer game, going to see my favorite team in a stadium that was filled with over 80,000 passionate fans.

Last thing you looked up/searched online: Sports, food trends, cars. Nothing too specific.

Do you have any skills that are non-food related? I am very crafty, and love to build things from scratch.

What is your favorite ride or attraction at Knott's? The Timber Mountain Log Ride and the Wagon Camp Stunt Show.

What did you study in school? Did you always plan on being a chef? I studied and finished my general studies; becoming a chef was the last profession I thought I would end up doing, but I wouldn't change a thing.

What would you like to be doing if you weren't in the industry? I really would have liked to play guitar and become a professional soccer player.
