Get Drunk at a Museum: Taste of Brews at the Lyon Air Museum this Saturday!

Nights out have gotten way too uniform. Newport this, DTF that, Santa Ana this day — what ever happened to getting drunk and doing something unexpected? Well, this Saturday you can drink and hang out at a museum because this Saturday, March 8, Taste of Brews will be hosting its Twilight Tasting charity event at The Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana from 5 to 10 p.m., right next to John Wayne.

Your ticket will grant you unlimited access to over 20 different beer, wine, and spirit distributors, including several Orange County breweries we know and love. Noble Ale Works, Cismontane Brewing Company, Valiant Brewing Company, and Bootlegger's Brewery will all be in there, in addition to dozens more.

A few out-of-state breweries –like Pike Brewing from Washington and Bell's Brewing from Michigan — will also be at the event pouring for a good cause.

Rubio's, Slater's 50/50, Whole Foods, and Stone Fire Grill will be catering so come hungry, and don't leave before dessert because Donna B's Cookies, Cakes, and Desserts; Cupcakes by Rach; and Blackmarket Bakery will be there to satisfy that sweet tooth.

All proceeds from the event will go to a number of charities, including We ROCK (We Run OC Kids), Make a Wish OC, Working Wardrobe, and the Next Up Foundation.

This event is cocktail attire so guys, slap on some slacks and ladies, prepare that little black dress because Saturday night is a night to go out. Also, drink to your heart's (or liver's) content because your tickets also get you an Uber voucher worth $50.

Tickets can be found here for $75. The price goes down the larger your group, and you can find discounts if you try hard enough (try TWILIGHT10). For more information, go here. Otherwise, happy drinking, everybody.
