Bruxie's First Birthday Party for Charity Tomorrow
Braised Beef Short Ribs, Crispy Blue Cheese Potatoes with Caramelized Onions, Horseradish and Chives
It's been a year since Old Towne Orange's beloved waffle restaurant Bruxie opened, and to celebrate, they're throwing a party for 400 guests tomorrow October 26. You know you've always wanted to graze through the menu of your favorite waffle sandwiches, so here's your chance to do that, while you help four local charities.
Tickets cost a paltry $20 and you can sample your way through a a large selection of their gourmet waffle sandwiches, seasonal shakes and floats made with old-fashioned Wisconsin custard. 100% of sales are donated to the Orange Senior Center, Casa Teresa, Wounded Warrior Project, and Chapman University. Bruxie will match donations up to $4,000 (to be divided equally among the nonprofit organizations).
Tickets are on sale now at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/202018. Limited tickets will be available for sale and every guest must present a ticket to enter. We're guessing tickets won't be sold at the event, especially since only 400 guests are expected. Buy yours now.
