After being a faithful and caring customer for more than a year, always offering support and assistance, I promised you on the night that you sided with a thief caught in the act that I was going to expose your clear disregard for morals. When I catch someone stealing (or attempting to steal) my phone, I expect cops to be called to press charges on them, not on me, the loyal customer who has never caused issues nor gotten belligerent while patronizing your establishment.
