Burning Mad

Illustration by Bob AulYou set three fires behind the Ace Hardware/Goodwill shopping center in Huntington Beach on three separate early Sunday mornings. You may have found some pleasure in setting these fires, but you need to know that because of you, there will be thousands of people who will be cold this fall and winter. You burned all the blankets, socks, hygiene kits, gloves and hats we had stored for the homeless of Southern California. Hey, you may have a lot of pent-up anger, been molested, feel inadequate, but you just took it out on hurting innocent people. Maybe when you grow up, you'll realize what you did and feel something. Right now, you're just another part of the problems of this world.
