Snoop Dogg's Company Suing The Situation
Snoop Dogg's company Serious Pimp Inc., (which was founded in 1999 by Damian Kutzner with Snoop and Bishop Don Magic Juan), is suing Michael Sorrentino, aka The Situation, for breach of contract.
According to the civil suit, the star of MTV's Jersey Shore had agreed two years ago to, uh, pimp Serious Pimp sunglasses and a clothing line, but "but he never gave it a thumbs-up, or down."
The civil suit was filed this week in Orange County Superior Court because Serious Pimp is based here. According to the Courthouse News Service, Sorrentino "took $25,000 from clothing company Serious Pimp, but refused to wear the company's clothes on the TV show under a "co-branding" agreement."
According to CNS, "Serious Pimp sued for breach of contract, fraud and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage. It seeks to rescind the contract and recoup its money, plus damages."
