Every July 4, Newport Harbor becomes an American celebration as boat owners decorate their vessels in red, white and blue—balloons, streamers, waving flags, you name it. Folks from all over are invited to the bayfront beaches to delight in the patriotic parade, with raffles, giveaways, live music and, of course, fireworks once the sun dips below the horizon.
