A Broadway powerhouse hits the stage this fall in a truly—musical nerd alert! —“Defying Gravity” performance. Acclaimed actress, singer and songwriter Idina Menzel, famous for her Broadway debut in Rent, leading role in Wicked, and character on Fox’s hit show Glee, comes to the Orange County Performing Arts Center—and this time she won’t be sharing the spotlight. The Tony Award-winner will perform her repertoire of classic pop, and musical theater favorites as well as songs from her own album I Stand , backed by a full symphony orchestra.
