It's a case of cops behaving badly.
An officer and a former officer from the Long Beach Police Department have been arrested for grand theft of weapons in connection with the previous arrest of Officer Damian Ramos, the Long Beach Press-Telegram reported.
Ramos had been arrested in August for allegedly stealing weapons that had been turned over to the police department by a local business. Officials found that the number of weapons taken from the business did not match those placed into evidence.

During the investigation, police detectives discovered that two others were involved, officer Benjamin De Los Santos and former officer Derrick Dinsmore. Their bail has been set at $20,000 each.
De Los Santos has been suspended without pay, and Dinsmore was
dismissed from the department on Sept. 27, after the discovery of his involvement in the case.
