Did you know that Richard Burton proposed to Elizabeth Taylor (for the second time) in a secluded booth at The Cellar in Fullerton? Neither did I. But he did, and the restaurant, an OC fixture since 1970, has announced it will offer a prix-fixe dinner of her favorite foods from April 1 to 3 in her honor. All profits of the $50-per-person, four-course meal will benefit the actresses' favorite cause, American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR).
