The City of San Fernando's acclaimed mariachi group is comprised mostly of youngsters from the community taught by Grammy-winnng mariachi artists through the city's Mariachi Master Apprentice Program. These multi- talented youngsters have appeared on television and played for a range of audiences, say for instance Michelle Obama at the White House. Education through art and music is what MMAP is all about, and entertaining audiences through the cultural art of mariachi music is what Mariachi Tesoro de San Fernando is all about. This summer, come and see them as the sun goes down over Buena Park's Boisseranc Park as part of the city's Summer Concert Series.
