A man in his 20s who is 32 was wounded during an officer-involved shooting outside the courthouse area at the Santa Ana Civic Center this morning, according to Orange County Fire Authority.
Gunfire broke out around 9:30 a.m. in the area of the 600 block of North Ross Street, according to media reports.
Fire Authority public information officer Lt. Larry Kurtz reportedly says the 20-year-old was taken to Orange County Global Hospital but his condition has not yet been released.
No officers were injured.
